How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Transit time varies with each order. Items shipping within the US typically arrive 5-7 business days after transferred to USPS possession. While I have no control over the timeliness of delivery, I will compensate customers for substantially delayed items. Please use the contact form if this applies to you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! But at this time I only offer international shipping on Etsy.
What if I am interested in a website exclusive product, but I am located internationally?
Please send my shop a message on Etsy with the exact items (size and personalization included) that you would like to purchase. I will create a custom listing for you so that you can add it to you cart and you can place your order when you are ready! (listings that are not purchased within 14 days will be removed)
What if I want to return/exchange an item?
I have a return/exchange policy of 7 days. You will have 7 days from when your order was delivered to contact via the contact form. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
To be eligible for a full refund, your items must be in the same condition in which they were sent. You will also be required to provide proof of purchase/order confirmation receipt.
